CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

As a small business providing more intimate art experiences, last minute cancellations have a big impact on us and can leave us out of pocket for set-up preparations, art materials, venue hire and catering costs. Cancellations and "No-Shows" mean other potential attendees may also miss out when an event is booked out.

Please understand that all sales are final and our policy iis to provide a credit for a future event rather than issuing a refund as long as we are notified via email or phone, providing a minimum of 48hrs notice.

 

If you are a "No-Show" or fail to give us the minimum 48hrs notice we will generally not offer a refund or future credit unless there are exceptional circumstances and this will be up to our discretion.

Credit vouchers are valid for 30 days from issue date and can be used to book into an event of equal or higher value (paying the difference if any in advance). Note the new event can occur outside of the 30 day period.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months of issue date. They cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. Gift Vouchers may be transferred to another name.

PRIVATE EVENT BOOKINGS

Private events require a minimum $300 deposit to secure your booking event date, your booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of this refund amount. This deposit is non-refundable and the balance is required 2 weeks prior to your scheduled event. If numbers of attendees fall below the confirmed total following the final balance being paid, no refunds will be issued. If numbers increase prior to the event, 48hrs notice must be given and additional fees per person will be charged and are payable immediately.

IF WE CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN EVENT

If we need to cancel or reschedule an event, all attendees will be notified immediately and will be given the option of having the booking moved to a new future event or offered a credit  voucher. Refunds will not be offered unless a similar event is not on offer in the next 6 months.

If we cancel your private function due to illness or unforeseen circumstances we will provide a full refund.
